I have a user using Outlook Journal entries and stopwatch feature to track billable time. Outlook stops responding when other actions are combined while stopwatches running (stopwatch running and opening a network document, stopwatch running on opening email attachments) I haven't been able to replicate. Her PC has all memory slots filled and I've checked for virus (clean). Windows 2003 sp3 Office 2003 Pro Edition, Outlook 2003 sp3 Server 2003 sp3 I tried using a MS performance monitor but that seemed to make Outlook perform worse. Any help would be appreciated. any clues in the event viewer? error messages? in absence of error messages i would suggest processor (since there's the "core" of any clock). Anyway should be convenient to change the PC, in any case. Just to be sure the problem goes away. HTH bye!Diego Castelli
